Their booking system is to call and leave a voicemail and they will get back to you to book you in. I called multiple times and left voicemails, but no one got back to me. Even if you don’t have spots available, it would be appreciated to get back to the customer and let them know they can’t be accommodated. Not just being ignored. Not nice at all. I’ve been there once and got my hair dyed and everything was ok. But ever since, every time I try to get a service done, they don’t call back. My appointment went well and I’m not really sure what the reason is for being ignored!

My sister has been coming to this salon for years, and recommended I book an appointment with Aime when I told her I wanted a mommy makeover on my hair. Aime was booked a month out, which tells me she must have many happy returning clients. Let me tell you, it was absolutely worth the wait! She gave me a nice chop and lightened my hair with a full head of highlights. My hair has never felt so healthy (even after the bleach), but I was truly amazed when my hair felt just as healthy without a haircut when I went back for a partial 6 weeks later. I would recommend Aime 10/10 based on her skills and customer service, but to top it all off is the prices are unbelievably reasonable. I was shocked with my final bill (in the best way) after both appointments. I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Aime and the salon.

This place is the best! I moved to Niagara falls a few years ago and tried 4 or 5 different salons, but none were anything special. This place is everything I was looking for! Great prices, great service, very welcoming atmosphere, and all the stylists are amazing! I will always keep coming back, especially for Maree, she's a rockstar! Definitely recommend!

Amie is amazing! She recently cut my hair and I absolutely love it, she was so nice and professional. I will definitely be back to see her again! She double checked everything with me while doing the hair cut to make sure I was 100% happy, and did a fantastic job !

Everyone who works here is amazing. I don't go very often, but whenever I do I never feel out of place. Such a diverse salon with a great atmosphere! Recently had Carlie style my hair and she was wonderful! I appreciated her taking the time to ask questions to ensure I would be leaving with a look that I was happy with! Would recommend Lisa and her team every time!
