Just there yesterday and the new manager (new to me), is so very helpful and professional! She is amazing...listened to my concerns and gave genuine/helpful tips and advice. Definitely recommend going to see her :)

I had the best experience on this past Saturday afternoon I wanted to purchase a toner to help eliminate the yellow in my grey hair the sales rep was I hair stylists I lucked out, she selected the best toner for my hair even wrote down how to much product and solution combo and reminded me of the test at 15 minutes what to look for, I needed shampoo bought 2 that entitled me to a solution to put in my toner easier on the hair when observed. I will definitely be back too bad I didn’t get her name, plus saved lots of money $50 to apply at my stylist. Tx’s

I went to Sally's to return an item as directed by Sally's head office. What a mess! A lovely girl named Kelly from the St. Catharines store was calm and professional considering she had a store full of customers while on the phone with Sally's head office for 1.5 hours. She is far more knowledgable than customer service at HO. She could see that I was about to lose my mind, but remained a consummate professional, she kept me calm. HO transferred us from one customer service to tech support and back again numerous times. I was on my phone and Kelly the store phone to try to resolve a simple return transaction. Bottom line is Kelly is bomb! I hope if you ever have an issue, I hope you deal with someone like Kelly!

Went in on Monday, they were out of the shampoo I originally wanted but the girls there were very helpful and recommended another one. I tried it and was just not happy with the smell (it was horrible). Went in on Wednesday evening to return it. Allison was wonderful, she helped me find a replacement product. She was super friendly and helpful.

Today Brittany and Sarah helped me purchase a few products and their customer service was 100% and I wish more people in this world were like these two amazing ladies. I felt so comfortable walking in and was helped right away which made me want to write a fantastic review for such fantastic service.
