omg, why didn't I read the reviews before? I found a pastel pink semi permanent dye from a new brand. I asked the girls if they knew anything about it, how pigmented it was etc. and they sung its praises, one even commented my hair was definitely light enough for vivid colour. well she was right, except my hair is bright orange now, this brand is garbage and the girls don't know Jack about the products they sell, they're only eager to make the sale. I've been dying my own hair for years and never had a problem picking my own colours, last time I trust anyone working at sallys EDIT: What a joke, I tried to submit my feedback on the site as per the request and after filling everything out there isn't a submit button.

Like a similar review I just read, I went in with a friend and we both asked the woman working there for help. I wanted soft highlights and my friend wanted a color. We told her what we were looking for and she told us what to get. My hair was a horrible platinum and my friends hair turned red. Went back to get a color to tone down my hair and something to reduce the red for my friend. My hair became orangy-blonde and I had to go to a salon to fix it. I have now spent over $800 getting corrective treatments, and my friend has finally got hers to where she likes it. We stupidly assumed the people working here were knowledgeable, had salon experience and/or knew their stuff. WRONG! Upset is an understatement. I will never purchase from Sally's again.

On Wednesday September 24th, shortly after 10:00am I went into this store and had a fantastic shopping experience. The salesperson was very friendly, welcoming, helpful and informative. I really didn't have a lot of time, and she was so amazing on so many levels and super efficient. I was in the store for 15 minutes, got everything I needed (6 hair colours, 1 developer and a heat protector gel). I strongly recommend this location for any Sally's store shopper!

This complaint ISNT for all Sally Beauty Supply stores, Only this The employees at the Niagara Falls location are helpful and amazing. I.will never come to this one again. CLOSED 3 MINUTES EARLY AND WOULDNT LET ME IN. Admittedly it was 6:57 pm when I was at the door. Yes, annoying and a pet peeve of MINE too but THINGS HAPPEN. AND either way..... OPEN IS OPEN. It might be annoying but you grin and bear it. I knew EXACTLY what I needed and had cash OR debit ready so I wouldn't hold them up. A customer walking out as I walked up. Before I even had the door open three inches the employee (who appeared as though she was training a someone) grabbed the door to lock it and barks out " WE'RE CLOSED". I said "Don't you close at 7?. Its 3 minutes to." Then she barks back at me...."the computer says it's 7". Well I GUARANTEE YOUR CELL PHONE DOESNT AND YOU ARE WELL AWARE OF THAT. So she shuts the door and locks it. All I needed was LITERALLY ONE MINUTE OF HER TIME. It would have made the world of difference in my horrible day but she couldn't even be bothered to listen to me. As I sit in the parking lot typing this...it's 7:20 pm. Did that MINUTE REALLY mean that much you? Because it meant a hell of a lot to me! HORRIBLE customer service and if SHES training someone? Good luck! I am from out of town and needed this last minute. No clue where I am don't think theres ANYWHERE else to get toner right now. Thanks. Maybe think for a second or ALLOW someone to SPEAK before you treat them like a second class citizen. You KNEW it wasn't 7 but just wanted to go home. DONT BE IN THE SERVICE INDUSTRY if you expect things to be punctual or black and white. EITHER WAY.....I WASNT LATE. YOU are rude and should be written up. But I'm sure the manager will hear a different version of this story. I wasn't nasty or aggressive. There was NO NEED FOR HER TO SNAP AT ME LIKE THAT. As I sat here writing this, I literally saw THREE confused potential customers read these contradicting signs. And pulling on the door handle.

Open to public and professionals! Awesome supply store for nail, hair, product, tools and everything in between. Staff today were super helpful finding a hair colour. I always prefer to buy my dyes here and have never been disappointed. I think there’s only 2 Sally’s in the city so this one is newer and in a convenient location. Thanks always for your help :)
