Tried to buy hair colour for my daughter. I had already explained to her how the colour was going to turn out, but the cashier insisted on telling her how poorly it would turn out and tried to sell us a bunch of hair treatments, even after I said I had everything else she would need. Incredibly pushy and snobby.

Stellar customer service, Kim goes above and beyond!!! Most Sally Beauty locations I go to have pretty poor help with staff that aren’t very customer service oriented. I will go out of my way for this location! So knowledgeable and helpful, I had a mess of a mop on my head and got great advice on products, steps and tips! My hair now looks fantastic! In these times that customer service is lacking, this location is top notch, you can tell she loves what she does, is so very knowledgeable and truly cares for her customers! Cheers!!

Visited this location on June 17th. I lost a longer pair of trimming shears and Katrina helped me get a new one off the peg (pegs have red locks on the end so products can't be stolen?). At any rate, Katrina quickly showed me a test to determine if I had selected the right length. Turns out it would be better for me to grab a shorter pair of shears to fit my hand better, which of course means a more precise, better cut :) Thanks so much for your kindness and knowledge, Katrina. It's hard to find good customer service in this town. You rock!

Went in to purchase some toner that I have used without issue a few times before. I have everything at home that I need to use this product. The woman working began touching and grabbing my hair without my consent and began explaining why the product wasn’t right for me. I had to walk out without purchasing anything because I was made so uncomfortable by her, and will have to make an extra trip to another location so as to completely avoid this store associate. It should be pretty common sense to never touch someone or their hair unprompted and without consent, never mind treating a customer as if they’re stupid and unnecessarily explaining a product someone is very familiar with. Will not be setting foot in this location again.

On September 23, 2024 I went into Sally beauty very welcoming staff very knowledgable staff the two girls that were working both assisted me on trying to find the right colour match for my roots to do a permanent color. They also gave me detailed instructions and put together all the products that I needed For this I went home. I can’t believe how impressed I am with the products they sold me and how they matched up my colour so perfectly it looks like I just came from a beauty salon. I am so impressed. It isn’t the First time I’ve gone in for consultation and they’ve been bang on helping me out. I wish I would’ve got the girls names that worked that day but they were fantastic and I’ve never had a bad experience ever there. Thank you for your help and your expertise.
