This review is based on their truck drivers who are all professionals and I can trust them when driving behind them because I know they're going to leave plenty of space, use their signal with plenty of notice, move over on time when there's an emergency or stalled vehicle on the side of the highway so I can see it and react too. There are a lot of companies out there using low-cost low-quality driver's and I would not do business with them because of that but Salit Steel is not one of those companies and I would recommend them. I drive truck for a different company and I'm always appreciative when I get beside one of their professional and courteous drivers it makes a big difference so thank you. We all just want to get home to our families. I wish all companies invested in quality employees like you have. EDIT: Some of your 3rd party drivers are putting your 5 star rating at risk. My advice is to keep your own drivers hooked to the trailer with your name on it.
View on GoogleSalit Steel exceeded every expectation. Mike and his team were incredibly efficient and attentive from start to finish. They made the entire process smooth and stress-free, going above and beyond to ensure everything was done right. I highly recommend Salit Steel for their outstanding customer service, reliable workmanship, and top-tier results.

View on GoogleWas waiting to turn left at Winona Crossing at 130pm Aug 29, 2024, and a Salit Steel truck went right through the red light as I was making my lefthand turn on my green light. Other drivers honked but he did not even brake through the light. Then he drove 32km/hr all the way down the 60km/hr South Service Rd. to McNeilly Rd., where he turned left with an oncoming truck needing to put his air brakes on to avoid hitting the Salit driver during his turn. I've included pics of the trailer and expect a reply. Ridiculous driving behaviour, and he needs correction immediately.
View on GoogleThey start receiving at 7am, not 8. And despite what you may be told when you call, there are no appointments. 1st come 1st serve. Disappointing (and costly under e-logs) when you find vital delivery missing at time of pick-up, or incorrect when you follow up en-route. I lost a reload because of this. Gate is always open, so show up as early as you can. I was there at 8 am and wasn't unloaded 'till 1:30 pm.
