We ordered the Pad Thai, Mushroom Lover and Spring Rolls. As always, everything was absolutely spectacular. The service is among the best you could ever ask for. The restaurant is clean, warm, welcoming and pleasant. Couldn't ask for more! ❤️
View on GoogleI ordered vegetarian pad Thai, I got a plate of brown noodles in brown sauce with three or four flecks of green onion, and some pale shrimp buried inside. My friend got the "chicken special," which was a heap of what looked like prebagged frozen vegetables (mostly celery) in store bought sauce. Neither one tasted good. On the plus side, all the corner cutting meant the food came out quickly. But when you pay $26 for an entree, you'd hope the quality is better than what you get in a tv dinner. Positives: Meal came quick. Service was great and attentive, staff was very friendly.
View on GoogleVery affordable and generous portions, I ate only about 1/4 and had to bring the rest home. Beers were reasonably priced between 6.50-9$, bottled beers available only. Meals were good except the spring rolls which I couldn’t eat. Staff were very nice and service was quick. There is no ambiance, no frills, very basic, just go for the food.
View on GoogleWe had another fantastic meal at Sahla Thai, one of our go-to spots for Thai cuisine. We ordered the Lovely Chicken, Robin Hood Ribs, Crab Rangoon, and Snow Shrimp — and everything was absolutely delicious! The Lovely Chicken is a favourite in our family — my daughter gets it every single time, and it never disappoints. The flavours are rich, perfectly balanced, and unlike anything you’ll find at other Thai restaurants. Their Pad Thai is also a must-try — full of bold, authentic flavour that sets it apart from the rest. Sahla Thai consistently delivers top-quality food with unique and memorable tastes. If you’re craving Thai food done right, this is the place to go. Highly recommended!
View on GoogleCrab rangoons were very good. Nice crispy outside shell with enough structural integrity to not fall apart as you bite into them, good chunk of probably the fullest crab rangoons I have ever seen, I never thought I would say this but there was almost too much cream cheese. It was good, though. Papaya salad, also very good. Fresh, light, peanutty, crunchy, just a little bit salty, not overly sweet, just a little spicy. Very nice and well balanced. I would get that over a mango salad 9/10 times. Pad Thai, also, was tasty and was a fairly large serving with a good amount of both chicken and shrimp. Very saucy, which i like and good flavours. I was hoping for a little more heat when asking for spicy, but overall it was all very good. The restaurant had plenty of vegetarian and gluten free options and the atmosphere was okay, felt like it could have been a little cleaner, but the service was prompt and friendly.
