I found Safe Tree service top notch. The arborists first identified themselves, let us know that they had been contracted by the local authority to trim trees which could interfere with overhead utilities. They were courteous and asked if we could move our vehicle in order to trim the trees. Their work was completed promptly and they also took all the branches and debris with them. If anyone has trees that require trimming I would highly recommend Safe Tree Ltd.

I can highly recommend Safe Tree. From my first phone call to the completion of the job, they were prompt, courteous and friendly. They called me out to the yard frequently to make sure they were removing the branches that I wanted taken care of. Then they followed up after to ensure I was happy with their work. I will definitely call them again when I need work done.

She had called repeatedly for weeks and kept getting told they will come out soon.Finally after a month of frustration she reached out to Leo at Safe Tree… they were out within days of calling them. They were on time, a crew came to our house, they were knowledgeable, fast and efficient. The trees were saved. A day later we had a follow up phone call to ensure we were happy with the service. My mom was delighted, we never heard back from our old tree service and we won’t be calling them again. We are only ever going to use Safe Tree and highly recommend them, no chasing them down, when they say they are coming they come and deliver! 5 stars ⭐️

When our residents association needed help decorating 5 tall trees in our neighbourhood park for the Christmas season, we contacted Safe Tree, and we are very glad we did. Previously, we had done the work ourselves with volunteers, ladders and poles, but as the trees grew taller (and we got older) we needed professional help. Safe Tree came to our rescue, with a bucket truck, equipment and years of obvious expertise and experience, and got our decorations installed in a couple of hours. Their employees were friendly, smart, thorough and had a good sense of design to get the job done. I highly recommend Safe Tree for your holiday decorating needs.

Safe Tree Ltd. did an amazing job taking down a Black Locust tree in the side yard of my property. Over the years, unfortunately as it grew slanting toward my house, it became increasingly more of a danger from falling in a high wind or storm. The folks at Safe Tree were prompt from the first call, to come out observe the problem, give a competitive estimate, fill out the appropriate documents and get permission to take down the tree, all in quick order. The crew showed up early soon afterward, got to work, and because of the size of the tree and it's proximity to the house, had to scale the 70 foot plus high and take it down section by section, an amazing thing to watch as the photos show. The cleanup was thorough and tidy, and little damage resulted to other trees and plants during the operation. The guys were congenial, quick and thoroughly professional, as was the whole Safe Tree organization from front office, the estimator, to the arborist crew. Thanks for a job well done and for putting my mind at rest!
