⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5-Star Review Our family had an absolutely awesome experience at the Niagara Falls Safari Christmas Lights. From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and well organized. Being able to book online in advance made the entire visit stress-free, with no lineups and no waiting. The light displays were incredible—festive, vibrant, and beautifully done. Driving through the safari while enjoying the Christmas lights felt unique and exciting, and it was enjoyable for all ages. The atmosphere was joyful and truly captured the magic of the season. This experience is very well worth it and perfect for families looking for something special and memorable during the holidays. We thoroughly enjoyed every moment and would highly recommend it.
View on GoogleWe love going to Safari Niagara! I may have made a post and/or review about it in the past, but I couldn't find it and I wanted up update it with Safari Lights pictures. We have gone to Safari Niagara for the winter lights, every year, for the past 4 or 5 years now. It takes about 45 minutes to an hour to drive through, which is perfect for kids, plus there is Tim Hortons across the street so you can bring hot chocolate and snacks as you drive through. The lights are beautiful, it's lovely to see all the new additions each year, as well as all the old favourites. They have so many moving lights, and falling lights, it's just beautiful. We always recommend getting the tickets in October because they have a discount if you buy early. Also, not for the lights, but for Safari Niagara itself, it's very worth it to buy the seasons passes when they go on sale, especially if you plan to go a couple times, even just for the splash pad and giant playground for the kids! With a seasons pass, you can go as often as you want, and you can stay for an hour at the playground and splash pad, or go enjoy the rides, or spend all day walking around looking at the animals.
View on GoogleVery clean and well kept. They have a tram that goes around the whole park that you can get on and off of at any point. It’s really nice especially if you need a break from walking. I really like this Zoo because it doesn’t feel like a regular zoo, it feels like you’re walking through a park. It had a lot of shaded areas too. The food was really good also ! Of course we got some poutine (You have to in Canada). Make sure to pack your swimsuit ! My absolute favorite part was the splash pad area. Our daughter had so much fun and so did we! No waterslides but it was great for a hot day, and to cool down. Another really cool thing is they have an enclosed bird exhibit. Not even kidding, about 7 birds landed on my husband at once. We were dying. Just be careful cause they do lightly bite. He left with some bite marks on his neck but nothing where he was in major pain. I’m really glad we came up here ! We live on Niagara county and it only took us about 35 min to get there.
View on GooglePlenty of animals. Nice place to visit with children. Lots of walking. There's a hop on hop off tram that keeps moving about the place. Animals are in enclosed spaces though (unlike Cambridge African Safari where they roam around freely) and sometimes they won't show. Lots of interesting birds too. Best to avoid going when it's too warm.
View on GoogleWe had such a wonderful time at Niagara Safari! The place is clean, well-maintained, and very family-friendly. Our little daughter (just 17 months old) absolutely loved seeing the animals and was so excited throughout the visit. It was such a joy to watch her reactions. The staff were kind and helpful, and the overall experience was relaxing and fun. Highly recommend for families with young kids – we’ll definitely be back and get seasonal pass next year
