I don’t know what the quality of work is. I do know there is a lot of collateral damage to neighbouring properties. Despite being asked more than 3 times not to walk across newly seeded lawn they continue to do so. Not a big ask really.

Decided to break into my car, shove a screw driver into it to unlock the gear shift, turned my car into neutral and let it roll 10 feet. They left no notice saying I couldn’t park across the street from my house before hand, therefore there’s absolutely no reason for this

Repeatedly parked their big trucks on our lawn while working across the street, leaving visible ruts that now need fixing. Threw their lunch garbage on my lawn at the end of the day. Blocked our driveway awhile. The saga will undoubtedly continue when they return.

If you didn't park like a jackass in the food basics parking lot maybe your ratings would be a little higher

Had a patio replaced as part of a pool refurbishment. Although work with the pool may been partially responsible for pushing the finishing time back, the job was finally complete in early Nov as opposed to mid Sept. Within 3 months a crack began to appear near our back step. After several attempts to contact Sacco Construction, I was finally able to talk to Nick, who did our estimate and oversaw the patio construction. He said he would get someone in to fix the now larger crack as soon as they had a bit of extra time. It is now 16 months later and the crack is still not fixed. I have attempted to contact Sacco over this time, and have even talked to the pool company that they work with. They did work on a neighbour's pool and could have easily repaired the crack at that time. But it is still there. I would not have them do work for me again since they do not stand behind their work.
