There is no laundry sink…in a laundromat. There is also no contact info for questions or concerns. A good portion of the machines were out of order to begin with, and the ones that were working have no instructions on how to select the proper cycle for your laundry needs. So you just have to guess at the cycle and you only find out the temperature of the water and the speed of the agitation, etc., when you’ve started your load. At that point, it’s too late to make a change because the door is locked and won’t open again. And the cycle just starts on whatever cycle is chosen without knowing what it is. Absolutely brutal. I would never come back here in 1 million years. Highly recommend avoid at all costs. Oh yeah, and there’s a change machine in here that charges you 5% to make change to use the laundromat. AND IT SHORTED ME 5 DOLLARS ON TOP OF IT! So for $20, I got $14 in loonie and quarters. Completely ludicrous. Dryer lint traps were DISGUSTING. Frankly, the entire place is gross. I was here sitting and waiting on my clothes when a group of people came in and started doing drugs right inside the laundromat. I didn’t feel safe and had to leave the building. Ended up stranded outside for over 30 minutes while my laundry was running. This place seriously needs better security.

If there was a number to contact I would not have to do this review. Upon my arrival to the laundromat, I got change else where and it was a decent amount ($20 worth) and yet I was out of change before I was even finished loading the washers, as one of the machines ate my money and yet didn’t work- this is irritating as the washer takes $3.75 per load. Fine machines break down after prolonged use- however there is nobody on the premises to help you with problems like such nor is there a number for you to call which makes it appear that the owners don’t care and are trying to avoid having to deal with situations like this. Not to mention the fact that I had to re-dry a load because it was still wet. It was not overfilled either. Dispite the fact that the washers were problematic, I had to get more change however there is no ATM on site to use so I had to go down to the 7/11 to get change, I got a drink as I was thirsty and there is no services available like a vending machine to get any drinks or snacks, which forces you to leave the machines and your clothes unattended. I was there for approximately 2-3 hours and there is no bathroom on site which I would think is illegal as it’s open to the public. However despite these issues- I spent over $45 on laundry and afterwards when I got home and was putting the laundry away I discovered a stain that wasn’t there prior to using the machine and it appeared to be black gunk on my white sweater, this stain is NOT coming out I’ve done everything possible. I will NOT be returning. This facility is dirty, unmaintained, inconvenient and needs tons of improvement. Take your business elsewhere is my recommendation. Only reason I had to use a laundromat in the first place is because my parents had a devastating house fire. I stood for a majority of the time because the benches in there are unsteady and I didn’t want to get injured. Prices are ridiculous for what you get ($3.75 for wash and $2.75 for dry), these owners should be ashamed of themselves for having a business operate like this.

Clean, well lit, lots of washers and dryers, all working. Soap/softener/whitener vending machine. Change machine. Parking on the opposite side of the street. Recommended.

Overall decent experience - Detergent dispenser vending machine not working or was empty - Coins change machine was available and working - No machines are available for big loads - Not much clean - CCTV guarded - No dedicated parking
