Bought a recliner there a month and half ago the seat and back stuffing lost it shape hard to sit in.they won't take it back if so they want 25%storage fee,.they sent an employee over with a bag of stuffing restuffed by hand now it's really hard on the back I just want a full refund.and be on my way to buy somewhere eles.

Extremely considerate and patient with your choices and provide many options. Very kind. Will come here for future purchases, I recommend for all your furniture needs!!

After my experience with Ryn's, all I can say is take a picture of what you think you are purchasing and ask for a detailed invoice. my experience with them was quite the learning experience and I don't think I've ever been quite so insulted at a store where I was spending considerable money. Two individuals insist I was wrong and yet would not even consider the possibility that they were in the wrong - would not check invoices to see if maybe the mistake was one their part not mine. I certainly will never return to that store. So just beware!

Exceptional service, quality Canadian manufacturers and endless selection. Don’t waste your time with BIG BOX stores and lesser quality furniture. Go and see Dave and staff, they’re pros who know the furniture business and can offer great suggestions and ideas. Nothing but positive things to say about Ryn’s.

Great choice with Canadian made couches and chairs. Loved the live seat we purchased. Friendly staff with a wealth of knowledge.
