I want to give a big shout-out to Liane McGregor for her outstanding assistance with my truck rentals. I've worked with her multiple times, and every experience has been exceptional. She truly makes the whole company shine with her professionalism and dedication. The staff here is amazing, but Liane stands out for her remarkable service. Highly recommended! !

Picked up our rental Ryder early Friday morning and the lady who we always deal with was fast, knowledgeable and trying to get us out quickly. Very friendly and pleasant to talk to.

The lady there is very nice. The parking lot is easy to get out of and find in either a G or DZ + driver. It being ride off the QEW is also another plus. They always have the truck available for pick up when I go without any delays.

I had the worst experience here today and I'll never come back here and tell all my fellow drivers to not give them any business as well. The technician was very arrogant, condescending and rude. He literally told me to shut up or else he'll push me out of the door just because I was listing what was wrong with my truck. The worst Ryder location I've been to and my company only deals with Ryder, so I've been to quite a few Ryder locations all across North America. Please don't come here if you wanna be treated fairly. Avoid at all costs.
