My partner and I dropped in for a class while visiting our family for the holidays. Matt and his community welcomed us with open arms and we had a great workout. Highly recommend!

Joined the RX gym about 8 weeks ago. Looking to get healthy again and fit. In a gruelling, but enjoyable 8 weeks time, Matt and his team have been able to put me on a completely new path mentally. A gym with a complete sense of community, where people go out of their way to encourage and lift up. I highly recommend this place to check out if you're looking to get fit and meet great people. Been going for many months now. Atmosphere is fantastic, Matt really pushes you to do your best, and there is always alternatives to each workout if you need to scale or swap a movement. People are friendly, best equipment (and the most) out of all the gyms I have participated in.

About 3 years ago, in my late 50s, I walked through the doors at Rx Gym as a total gym newbie. From that first time, the support and encouragement from the coaches and my fellow members has been amazing. Matt and the other coaches have always worked with me to scale the workouts to my abilities. This has enabled me to not only steadily increase my overall strength and endurance but has also increased my confidence in myself and given me the courage to try just a little more each time. As an added bonus, I have met some wonderful people on this journey. Thank you Matt and everyone at Rx Gym Inc. for your encouragement on my path to better health and fitness.

This gym offers it all! Amazing atmosphere, members are lots of fun and supportive. The gym has all the toys and the programming is very challenging for all level of athletes. The owner/ coach Matt was very knowledgeable, personable and his workouts were great! The gym was full of strong male and female athletes that move well and lift heavy! Lots of fun and highly recommended!
