Good location to park your equipment, truck mechanic, gate, video surveillance
View on GoogleWe love dealing with this location as most of the staff there has been there for a long time and treat us like family. They are always professional and eager to help you when you're in a pinch.
View on GoogleI've been dealing with this company for about 10 years (formerly Archer Truck). Sometimes I have to use other companies because these guys are too busy. Whether it be the parts counter representative, the truck rental lady or the service desk, I always receive friendly courteous service. There may be faster and cheaper repair centers but you get with you pay for. Most of the employees here have been there for a long time which speaks volumes. When Rush took over Archer they made some cuts but a lot of good people remained. That's why we still go there. Hopefully Rush truck will bring it back up to Archer standards. You get four stars. I'll change it to 5 when you hire the lady back that used to answer the phones. P.S. Glad to see a fresh new Canadian flag back on the building.
View on GoogleWe've being using Rush (and previous name) for a long time. Never have to be concerned off equipment coming back without being perfect. Many fire dept use them, one I was on in fact in the past. Again never an issue than either. Pleasant customer service. Great turn around time.
View on GoogleCalled in and asked for a alignment on my f350, he told me it will take 1 to 2 hrs to aligne. I show up and he says well we cant do it today.. you just told me on the phone to come I at 12pm because that's when the alignment guy arrives. As I enter the service department theres a couple guys arguing about back pain and to much work load. So they cant do it today. I came from wainfleet.
