Huss was very help and gave me a call when I had questions. This is exactly what I need in a service department. Just today I had to deal with two AI bots for service and I will not do business with a company like that. E mails were returned quickly and phone calls short. Means the world to small business owners.

View on GoogleAbsolute garbage customer service . I would recommend nobody ever shop with this company . If you’re even able to get through to anyone. Incredibly disrespectful , not willing to help. Even after spending over 3000 dollars on a laptop less than a year ago. They claim they sent me out a replacement part, but admitted to sending it to my wrong address, and will not rectify the issue. Was then hung up on . I urge you to shop elsewhere if you need a new computer !
View on GoogleI ordered some accessories for a Panasonic Toughbook and someone from this business called me to tell me that I had ordered a docking station and a keyboard, and the docking station that I ordered would require the tablet to have the keyboard removed before it could be used, but they had one that would accept the tablet with the keyboard attached. They emailed me the link to product so I could look at it, and when I decided to go with that, they changed the product out in my order for no additional charge even though the different docking station was around $30 more. This guy had the care to look at my order, realize that the product match wasn't the best setup it could be, took the time to call me, and then swapped the product out for no additional revenue for his company even though the new product was more expensive. This level of service is exceptional in my book.
View on GoogleI got sent a defective laptop and was unable to troubleshoot the issue with support. I was told I could return it, but upon returning it I was not refunded the entire cost of the laptop. It feels like I got scammed. I sent a follow up email to them asking for a full refund. [Edit] They responded to me after a few weeks and agreed to give me a full refund for the laptop. Not the best experience, but their support has been communicative. I suggested that they be clear about their refund policy, as they do have a restocking fee, but I understood it to be for non-defective products that were returned.
