Ruffin's Pet Centres - Niagara Falls

I've come in here a couple times and each time I've always left happy. The store is extremely which is surprisingly hard to find for a pet store. It doesn't feel crowded like other stores do, tanks are always looking like they were just cleaned, animals aren't kept in small enclosures, and everything is so easy to find. Well organized store. Even though it is a decent drive from my house, I will make that drive to support this clean and caring store!

Store very clean and organized. One of the only places I’ve seen actually care for their animals correctly! Reptiles included! They all have T5s with correct lighting. Healthy animals pleasant and helpful staff. Good selection of fish. They have tons of animals for sale! All healthy and happy 😃

Staff are knowledgeable and the store is very clean. They are just starting up and adding new products everyday. I would certainly advise you buy your fish there!! Clean tanks and quality fish.

Wonderful location and helpful staff! They had everything I was looking for and they had a great sale on cat litter.
