We ordered 6 windows and a patio door in October of 2021. After getting run around for 3 months we had the same job priced out by 2 other window companies, both of which told us the standard for delivery at that time was 10-14 weeks. Yet Royal Building promised us that 'any day now' we'd get our Patio Door after we finally got the windows in Feb of 2022. We continued to wait, and get the run around, finally getting the patio door in the last week of April. More than 6 months after ordering them! When we disagreed with having to pay full price, for something so delayed, we were told 'it's standard delivery right now', which is completely untrue because both of the other window companies I called said that 14 weeks was the absolute most anyone would wait right now. This company, in my experience, is completely dishonest and lied right to my face - something went wrong but they refused to own up to it.. If you can avoid doing business with this company, you will save yourself months of hassle and frustration. Would never use them again, a 1-star review is too generous. They do not care about you, they will not support you, and will hide behind arbitrary 'standards' that no one else experiences.
