Roxy and Friends Grooming

I would never take my girl anywhere else, Cheryl is fantastic! She is so patient with Willow and always smiling and friendly on our appointment dates. She truly cares about her clients.

I have had many not so great experiences with other groomers in the past but thankfully landed upon Roxy & Friends almost 10 years ago & never looked back. Cheryl is kind, accommodating & so gentle with all of my dogs. After my senior yorkie was having some major health issues but still needed grooming, Cheryl was on the phone with my vet finding out how she could support & provide the best care for my pup during his grooming appointment. You don’t find that level of care & compassion very often! You will not be disappointed bringing your pet here.

The people at Roxy And Friends have been nothing but wonderful to my little girl Eva. She came to me as a rescue and we didn’t know how she would like being groomed. Everyone at Roxy And Friends were wonderful with her, and got her comfortable with being there. Now it’s one of my little Eva‘s favourite places to go. Thank you Roxy And Friends!

Unfortunately not happy with the service. Brought my puppy in with a full coat of fur and when I picked him up he was completely shaved. When I asked why they said he was too knotty. Not the case we brush him almost daily with several different brushes.. even if it was the case a phone call would have been appreciated to let me know or ask my permission to do so. My poor fur baby came home a big traumatized. He has cried the last 3 days for no reason what so ever. I will not be returning. And my puppy looks terrible :(

I've been taking my two shih-tzu's for a couple of years now and won't take my dogs anywhere else! Very detailed and kind to my dogs. My one dog gets traumatized for days after a grooming anywhere else! That ended when I brought him to Roxy and Friends! Highly recommend this business!
