Do not recommend this pool for families with young kids. Went with my wife and 4 kids and got harassed the entire time by lifeguards because my kids weren't an "arms length" away from me. Had conversations with two other families who felt the same. Might be more fun for older kids.
View on GoogleI like this pool. I would give 1 start only, as the website does not have the correct hours. I drove a ways to get here just to find out they close at 4 and reopen at 5. I totally understand the lifeguards need a break but the website needs to reflect the hours. 12-4/5-8 daily
View on GoogleExcellent playground with a huge slide! Well maintained and litter free. There is a very large pond with geese and lots of room to play soccer or just to run around. Bathrooms and change rooms are quite large. The pools are both clean and staff are very helpful. They also provide life jackets and pool toys free of charge! Bonus: it's never crowded and on several occasions we have had the entire pool to ourselves!!!
View on GoogleLife guards aren't clear with instruction, my kid was told she had to hold her breath underwater the entirety of the test. They said she could take the test again after they said she was told the wrong rules after hiding away and not returning to tell us, I had to hunt them down while they played on their phones. Will never come back and I wouldn't recommend coming back here if you want your kid left in disappointment when they can go in every other deep end we've been too.
View on GoogleBest outdoor pool in Niagara region. The staff are amazing. It is a hidden gem. Large Olympic size pool with ramp and stair wallk in. They have a diving board and plenty of room to lounge on deck. The bathrooms and change rooms need some work, but at least they have them. Best of all it is free!
