I will be using another electrical service company at this time. First reason is price gauging. 2nd reason has to do with electrical work in a combined Laundry Room /Kitchen that is not up to Electrical Code Standards. I will have to spend a couple thousand dollars more regarding work performed by a Junior level electrician who was not properly supervised by a senior electrician. You have become an arrogant indifferent company. I have talked to other electrical companies regarding the light fixture BOX installation. We have come to the conclusion that you are charging at least $100 more on something as petty as this that takes only 15 minutes of time to install. Sadly, no one in your company is listening...... I have discussed this matter with other electricians, my handyman and yes my Royal Lepage real estate agent. I am now recommending other electrical service providers at this time... Regardless of size of job, price gauging is NOT ACCEPTABLE> PS Why are you giving preferential treatment for big jobs vs smaller jobs? Why are you using Stalling tactics with this customer since Dec 2025 and wasting one month's time? This kitchen Laundry room is NOT according to CODE. I am tired of listening to whiny electricians who talk about CODE yet their work does not comply with CODE!! I have spent over $20000 dollars upgrading the electrical work on my house and now have to fix up electrical work that was not done in this room.
