Fantastic place!! went in and was in a FOUL mood I dropped a few f bombs and was just in a terrible mood., But I was met with the kindest woman not only was she so nice to actually inquire how my day was and why i was in a mood but after I told her about my bad day she actually went outta her way to show my small buisness support and shared my page to help me get some new clients and I just thought that was soo kind not many ppl go out there way but to offer me support especially a complete stranger so now I have a new friend in tina and shes fantastic so great job on hiring genuinely kind ppl shout out dillion aswell he was the other worker and was also very kind and chatted with us .5 stars !

My wife and I are from the Falls and we were searching for a warm winter coat for our 13yr old Lab Retriever. As a senior dog she needed a well fitting and comfortable coat for these cold winter days. Inside the store we were greeted by a young staff member (didn't get his name) who was very friendly and so helpful and led us to a vast selection of winter dog coats for every size. They are called Shedrow K9 Expedition Coats. What a find! They come in an array of colours and the staff member helped us fit our dog with the proper size and she looks great in it. We were impressed with the helpful staff as well as the large inventory in the store as we had never been in this one. For those in need of a warm winter coat for their dog, Paulmac's in Welland on Ontario Rd. is the place to go.

Just got a pack of 50 crickets that were 3/4 and a pack of 25 crickets 1/2 and I didn’t even get 25 crickets between the two packs I jsut got I paid over 14 dollars and got 25 crickets not happy at all and the small crickets weren’t even small at all I got over 70 crickets to feed my 23 geckos and I only got to feed 6 geckos and then ran out that’s kinda ridiculous after the amount I just paid for them

Store was clean, fish looked healthy/clean, guy working was very helpful/friendly. Not a large selection of deco stuff for fish was my only complaint-otherwise store looks well upkept.

Super helpful and knowledgable staff — whether it's recommending pet food, litter, supplies or anything, the staff know the products. And they're all such compassionate pet lovers. I'm a long-term customer and always go to this particular location for all my pet needs. Special shoutout to Tina, but all the staff are great!
