Rose City Kids

Rose City Kids is an amazing program that has helped me an my family a lot. Not only do they provide so much love and support, it truly feels like a community. From having children in the program to them growing up and volunteering there I have gotten to see and hear about every aspect of Rck and I have no complaints. As a family of colour, it feels amazing to have this wonderful, inclusive community around us. Also, I just have to specifically mention Sonya who is just so kind and caring. I will definitely continue to send my children here and would recommend it to everyone.

Recently celebrated our daughter and now son in law’s wedding at RCK. We had a great experience. The food was excellent and all interactions we had with staff were excellent. Sonya was very responsive and super helpful with the set up and take down. It was clear they all went above and beyond. Thank you RCK for making our experience superb!!!

Wonderful experience! My daughter had her wedding ceremony and reception at the RCK Youth Centre on Saturday and it was absolutely perfect! The event space is gorgeous! John and Sonya were so accommodating and I was completely impressed with their customer service. Every question was answered in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone looking to rent a space for a smaller size wedding (between 50-80 guests). I had so many compliments from family and friends on how beautiful the event was! Thank you RCK for making my daughter's wedding day dream a reality! 5 stars PLUS!

Thank you Rose City Kids for the work you are doing in the community.🙏🏾💕 You guys do a lot of amazing work with the children and families from diverse backgrounds, including many people of color. I saw a recent post and trying to reply under the review but I can’t. It sounds like there was some miscommunication and I hope the client understand specially Sonia is she is not the person you described her as on that post she’s the opposite. Hope you're able to speak with them directly to get more clarity. Once again a big thank you Rose City Kids and the staff. 🤗🙏🏾

Awful customer service and very unprofessional. They don’t respond when you try to contact them, and my experience was extremely disappointing. I spoke with one staff member who confirmed my rental date, but after viewing the space, another staff member (Sonia) told me it was not available. The way this situation was handled felt discriminatory, and even after I expressed how I felt, Sonia’s response was dismissive and unacceptable. Avoid this place especially if you’re a person of colour.
