Rose City Dental Centre - Welland

I called first thing in the morning needing to make an appointment for a broken tooth. I was greeted with a very friendly and helpful receptionist and she scheduled me for 10:30 that same morning. Arriving at the office was an equally positive, friendly, caring and prompt experience by all staff. I highly recommend this dentist office!

Thurs Jan 22nd, 2026 Rose City Dental asked me if I would leave a review ... and the answer is: "Yes, I would be happy to do so". Today, it was the appt to have my "new crown" put in. (With "thanks" to the Cndn Dental Plan", I was now 'finally' able to afford having the old and deteriorating crown replaced. And, at a fraction of the actual cost.) Dr Yasser is the Dentist who -- took the measurements, the impression of the crown, removed the old crown, and fitted me with a temporary replacement. The new crown was of such concern to me, as it is a "front-and-centre" location, on the top row. (For many years my hand hid my smile and laugh, due to the appearance and age of the old crown.) Dental Assistant Nora was able to be with me in both appts. I requested her personally after meeting her. A lovely young lady -- friendly, calming, caring and compassionate. ("Thank-you, Nora !") The Lab that Rose City Dental works with ... prepared the new crown. Hundreds of pictures were taken by Nora. And the Lab was able to match the colour of my teeth, spot-on ! Final preparations of getting the crown put into its new location -- this is all a part of Dr Yasser's forte. He thoroughly enjoys the 'Team-work' of -- creating and designing it. From start to finish (in two appts) ... he is passionate about the job, and all the detailing involved. Thank-you again, Dr Yasser -- you did an amazing and excellent job ! I am more than happy with the 'new crown' !!! Would I recommend Rose City Dental to family and friends ? Answer: "Yes !" The ENTIRE Staff .... Office Personnel, etc - have always been so very kind to me. They "all" know me ... and that I am a nervous Dental patient. I am really impressed by both their professionalism, and sincere kindness !

Thank you to the Rose City Dental Centre- Welland team. Very welcoming and comforting enviroment right from the start. Hygienist was very informative and Gave numerous suggestions to help make my smile brighter. The Denist was very stable with his hands and shared what was being done to make my experience stress free. I even got to watch on tv what is being done. Thank you i will see you again soon.

My husband and I have been going here for a few years now. Everyone at the front desk is super lovely and easy to communicate with. I have never had any issues rescheduling. I also feel very comfortable and confident with all the dental hygienists and dentists there. Today we had Rebecca and Heather who were both excellent dental hygienists. Highly recommend. Great service.

Have had only good experiences with staff! They are welcoming and very professional! I truly appreciate their thoroughness and recommendations during appointments and their follow-up is amazing as well! Reception team is so welcoming & communicates so well! Hygienists are very knowledgeable and considerate! Dentists are clear & professional!
