I was in the market for a HD Truck and found myself at Rose City. I was greeting by Anthony, one of their sales people. Right from the get go I knew I was going to be purchasing from him. Anthony was friendly, knowledgeable and was never pushy. He only asked me questions to find our what would best suit my needs. Not once did I feel pressured.... once I decided which one liked (and got my wife's permission) we went ahead and started the paperwork. Even this process was so easy and chill... everyone was just so calm and actually quite funny. When I picked up my truck, it was detailed, full tank of fuel and plated. Anthony took the time to go over the features.. and answered any questions I had. From start to finish, it was such an process... When it's time to upgrade any of my vehicles, I going to Rose City. On a side note, they have really good coffee!!!

I have had to bring my jeep here a few times to be fixed or looked at. Even though I bought it used from another source, the staff is amazing in the service department. I was dealing with Jennifer a few times prior and she was wonderful to work with each time. I should have wrote reviews for those times as well on the excellent service she provided. This time, I had to bring my Jeep in to get looked at for an usual noise and the service from Bill and Brandon was extremely excellent service. From the moment I called to book the appointment to when I picked up my jeep after the work was done, they were excellent. I absolutely loved how they went above and beyond by taking a video of the issue and explained it so well to me. The time they took is very valuable to show me they care and the work they did in repairing my jeep showed it too. They have earned my business and my trust. I definitively recommend this place and speak very highly of it to others.

Despite everything you hear about Dealerships being a rip off, I love my car and had it taken care here after its started over heating and seeing a mix of oil into my coolant reservoir. Already going with a heavy heart (thinking head gasket issue). The service team here especially, Jennifer and manager Mike, were so polite, friendly, professional, I was astonished and my fear subsided and hope took over. I felt I could trust them instantly and that paid off. They even had my car repaired ahead schedule!! Listen, if you value your car then listen to the folks at a dealership of your car make. Mike, Jennifer, you have made me a customer when I need (hope not often...lol) From, Bluey, the 2019 Hydro Blue Charger!

I bought the jeep over the phone. Transaction went smoothly and they were patient as I gathered documentation to fax/email. Upon arrival, Janet and Vishaal were organized with the paperwork and Janet explored the interior functions of the jeep with me. Beautifully located dealership and a nice drive up from Lakeshore, Ontario.
