Rosa's Nails Spa

My daughter and I recently went to Rosa’s Nails Spa for a mani/pedi and had a wonderful experience. The team was incredibly kind and welcoming from the moment we arrived. My daughter chose gel nails, and Rosa painted the most beautiful little palm trees on one nail of each hand to celebrate our upcoming vacation. The detail was perfect and it made the whole experience feel special for her. The salon was clean, the service was attentive without feeling rushed, and the prices were very fair for the quality of work. It’s clear they care about their clients and take pride in what they do. We’ll definitely be back. A lovely spot with great people and excellent service.

From the moment I sat down, Rosa made me feel completely comfortable and genuinely listened to exactly what I wanted. She paid attention to every detail and made sure she understood my vision before starting. Her work is absolutely flawless. The precision, the shape, the design—everything exceeded my expectations. Rosa is not only extremely talented, but she is also patient, kind, and clearly passionate about what she does. She checked in throughout the process to make sure I was happy, and the end result was even more beautiful than I imagined. I’ve never been this happy with my nails. They look elegant, unique, and perfectly done. I’ve already received so many compliments! Incredible experience, my daughter's first time getting acrylic nails and she came in with her own drawing. I didn't know how it would turn out, but Rosa was extremely patient and very talented! Wow!

I found Rosa’s nail salon through a Google search. This place does not disappoint and have been going with my daughter for almost a year now. Friendly staff and always pleased with the outcome of our nails when we leave.

the service was okay, nobody really speaks to you which is completely fine. the nail shape and length is beautiful however this is not black like i asked. it’s definitely a dark blue or a grey. i unfortunately will have to re do the colour myself. i also paid for a shellac pedicure, the polish is well done, however parts of my feet were left feeling untouched and rough still. nice place for something quick and last minute but for $125 probably won’t return. Edit: Although i appreciate the offer for the colour change, it doesn’t change the fact that the nail shape is bulky and my feet were rough. My charge was $124, i’m not sure why the owner is saying it was $110 when i was charged just under $125 because of tax. i understand the initial price is $110 but tax is important in pricing. There was no tip left as i was not happy with the service, so tax included it was indeed still a few cents under $125. The acrylic was insanely thick, cutting, drilling, re shaping and fixing them was a nightmare. the owner was kind, but i personally did not enjoy my experience whatsoever and was not happy with the service or end results.
