Extremely expensive prices for defective products they have holes in gloves that started appearing on the second day of use and now they won’t even exchange it cause I threw the tags although having an original receipt to prove the second day of use. Expensive Chinese products what was I even thinking this was meant to happen but customer satisfaction is the least that they could do right being the Canadian company these defective goods are being sold under.complete rip off of 40$

I was just there an hour or two ago, and there were two ladies there, both of which showed me such amazing customer service. I was just going to exchange something, but I will definitely be back! I wish I grabbed their namea so I could give them a shout out. Thank you for making it such a pleasant experience! 🥹

I just moved back into the Niagara region, and I could not be happier to be near this Roots location. The clothing selection is stellar, the staff is beyond helpful, and always give the best sizing advice. Looking forward to way too much spending!! 😍🛍

Absolutely mean service, just tried to exchange size, size is wrong because XS is like Large! The cashier Megan refused even before I finished saying my concern. When I asked Customer service phone number, they gave me wrong number, unbelievable. Never buying there again and I will share my experience definitely

There should be zero stars for places with service like this. I have always adored roots but this specific location is terrible and extremely disappointing. I went here today and received NO welcoming or polite customer service here. As soon as me and my friend entered this store there was loud and obnoxious laughing along with chatter. There were no acknowledgement besides dirty looks and rude stares. They did not say one word to us and were too busy talking about their personal lives. I am very disappointed and disgusted. If this is not fixed I will never enter this location again and share around that this place is disgusting.
