Ron and Yvonne provide wonderful service. They were punctual, knowledgeable and efficient. Ron methodically figured out what was wrong with my dishwasher and was able to fix it that day. Their rates are more than fair. I highly recommend their services.

"With Ron and Yvonne, your troubles are gone". What a line! My review pertains to work completed on Thursday, August 8, 2024. My dryer finally conked out after a week and a half of a high-pitched squeal (Kenmore 300, at least 12 years old if not more). I called Ron on the Tuesday after the long weekend and he showed up THAT DAY! He took the dryer apart, assessed the situation and clearly communicated that he would be back Thursday with the necessary parts to get us rolling again (pun intended I am sure). Thursday came, I got the courtesy phone call in the afternoon and by 5 my dryer was back together and honestly, I didn't think dryers could be that quiet! My wife's only complaint is that we can no longer hear the dryer in our bedroom to know when it has completed its cycle (oh well, whatever will we do...). I found Ron and Yvonne's pricing to be quite fair, and their timing and communication above and beyond what the unfortunate "norm" of today's society is. They really took care of us, and I would happily recommend them.

The lid lock on my washer broke, unfortunately it was a piece necessary for my washer to be able to work. So I called up Ron’s to inquire about price on part & fixing. The next day he showed up to take a look, discussed what we wanted to do and he called around and was able to order the LAST & ONLY part available around and cheaper than I was anticipating. 3 days later the part came in and he promptly came and fixed it for me! I’ve never been so excited to be able to do laundry again lol I’d highly recommend Ron, he’s super friendly, gets to the point and does everything he can to help you out! Thanks Ron & Staff!

Ron came highly recommend by my neighbor's and local co-workers. I contacted him to look at my fridge that stopped working Monday night and received a phone call Tuesday morning. He came by Tuesday afternoon and was very pleasant and helped explained the reason the fridge was not working and let me know it was worth fixing and that he would be by first thing Thursday am to pick it up. Being an only person in a new town I felt very comfortable that there was someone that could help me. He asked me to call him first thing to remind him. I did that and was told he would be out there that day. They asked if I was going to be home all day and I said no I had an afternoon appointment as I was told it was going to be picked up first thing, they then assured they would call when they were on their way. I waited around and left late for my appointment and never heard anything. Friday was the big storm but I called just to inquire for any timeline so I could make arrangements as I would be working the following week. I left a message on Dec 23 and have yet to hear from them. I have been living out of a mini fridge for over a week now and have had to make the decision to buy a brand new fridge as I have no information on when or if my fridge will ever be picked up to be fixed. Having an original positive experience I was quite disappointed that this is the end result. I can guarantee that I will not be using this business again and will be willing to pay more for services to come in from out of town. Being a small business in a small town you would think, especially with a new customer, that you would go above and beyond to either show up and/or effectively communicate with your customers on any issues that may have come about.
