Horrible customer service. I’ve shopped here three times, and two of those visits were very disappointing due to incorrect pricing on the displays. The manager, in particular, should be resolving problems—not creating them. This is clearly the wrong position for someone who handles customer issues this way. Specifically to management: please make sure your employees are displaying correct prices on the products you sell. If a product is marked with the wrong price, honor it—this should not become the customer’s problem.

View on GoogleI am contractor for over 10 years. I shop in Rona. I purchased over $100,000.00 of product in Rona. Today I returned 5 boxes of tile it was left over in a project, after 30 minutes of wasting my time they said because you don’t have physical receipt we can return it. I even showed them the receipt in my phone they couldn’t process the return. I told them I am going to put it in social media there was a girl in reception she was okey with waisting my time. Even the manager said okey but the girl didn’t help and she was so mean. I will promise you I will never come back to Rona and I will publish the video on social media. The guy name Johan was so nice he tried to help but he couldn’t because of Rona’s policy.
