We would like to thank Brandon and Wayne in plumbing who helped us on the phone when we discovered we had the wrong size door in our order. Brandon was very helpful in dealing with the problem. When we came to the store to get our refund and get the right size door Lisa and Cassandra at customer service were very helpful. Cassandra was able to find our correct door after much searching. Now we are able to finish our project. Thank you.

I went to buy a dishwasher and the asst manager was super helpful! He was so knowledgeable! I love this store for the appliances. We left buying one. Tons of selection and great help 👍

DOES NOT HONOR ONLINE PRICES. I will never shop at another Rona ever again. There’s nothing I hate more than gouging and wasting my time! Literally I showed the picture and was still asked to pay $50.99. Waste of my time. If I’m paying more, I’m paying it at an HONEST seller. Update: Hilarious that Home Depot honored the Rona price and Rona wouldn’t even honor their own pricing! 🤣 Darwin Award for Rona.

Amazing service from the entire Team when I stop to buy and get help. VERY VERY SPECIAL MENTION TO CHRIS GRUNOW from your lumber department that was so kind with me to help figure out a small project that required to cut wood pieces. He wa a patient and very helpful during my interaction with him! He deserved Employee of the month if you have such thing! Beth too at the cash register is always pleasant to deal with every time I visit. Great job Rona Niagara Falls !!

Had one lift to deliver to receiving. Showed up at 3:40. They wouldn't unload me. When receiving says 7 till 4... It should be that. If you want to go home earlier or sit on the can until it's time to punch out then have your cut off earlier. Now I sit here for 15 hours until they open in the morning.
