RONA Grimsby

Poor customer service and no interest in making a sale. I purchased plywood and asked to have it cut because it simply did not fit in my car. In other stores of the same chain, they cut plywood without any issues. At this location, they wanted to charge for every cut and also said it would take several days to do it. Very disappointed with the service.

I was just here to buy a snowblower and staff were super knowledgable about the products, which helped me decide to purchase one. I wasn't able to pick up today but they were happy to hold it until tomorrow. Great customer service, every time.

Summer was an absolutely amazing help! I was trying to pick out a specific colour of paint as I was in the process of repainting an old desk. She handled everything quickly and helped me get the colour I wanted. I will definitely be back👏
