Had the absolute pleasure to have Mike handle my phone upgrade today. (Pen Center) He was dealing with my upgrade, my daughters and two others at the same time. Great costumer service. Mike for the win. I stopped in for some help with regard to business cellular and ran into Mike. While my account is over the limit of numbers he can access he helped me navigate how to best resolve my issue with the business contact centre. Now realize I didn't expect resolution to my problem from the store and I was merely looking for guidance but the customer service and the effort he made really helped. I found my solution and thanks to Mike and this Rogers store I did. Much appreciated team.
