Had a fantastic experience at this Roger's location. Amanda was absolutely excellent. She was very helpful and knowledgeable and was able to help us through some tricky issues with our new account. She even gave us some treats for our dogs! Very grateful for Amanda's help. Thank you!

I’d just like to personally thank Jasmine and her staff for the excellent job they’ve done to provide my kids and I with all our cellphone devices and needs over the last 5plus years :) the staff are extremely knowledgeable but more importantly very kind to us and it’s hard to find this kind of excellent service in any company ! The store manager Amanda has done an excellent job with her staff and they are all so amazing :) Jasmine took the time to help me set up my phones this time around and she was extremely patient with me even though i had many questions - her professionalism exceeds above and beyond customer service:) The last time I was setting up my kids with their phones. It was Caleb who was kind and very knowledgable as well as explained everything in complete detail to my kids and I on how to operate our devices:) Huge thank you to jasmine and rest of the staff at this location from my kids, and I forgiving us the chance to enjoy our devices:) I don’t write these reviews often, but just like the rest of the people who are looking for good service that you cannot go wrong with these amazing and talented group:)

Finally made the switch to Rogers with a Google Phone. Caleb was fantastic to me and my wife when switching everything over. Everything felt quick and concise. The stock was very limited, however this was at the tail end of boxing week so, do with that what you will. The extra security at the door is also nice to see.

Had a phenomenal experience at Roger’s today with the help of Amanda! She was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful, she helped us upgrade all 3 of our families phones as well as sign up for the rogers credit card! It was a speedy and enjoyable process thanks to her expertise!

Brandon is fantastic and I cannot say enough nice things about his customer service. I have been a loyal customer for many years and Brandon has always taken care of me and has been able to fix every problem I’ve come in to the store for.
