I purchased a new cell and have been having a couple issues. I went to Rogers in Fort Erie, Ontario and was assisted by their representative, Noah. Noah was able to quickly resolve the problems, explain why and kindly ensure another waiting customer he'd be right with them. I truly appreciate excellent customer service and Noah delivered 😊
View on GoogleI sat on hold for an hour and 41 mins waiting for call support and finally gave up and went into the Fort erie store. Noah and Jacob were able to fix my voicemail issue within 20 mins and even reviewed my account and made suggestions to save money and improve my phone service. Very impressed!

View on GoogleI can't help but think the positive reviews are fake. Odd that they all they remember the rep's names since they don't wear name tags and I was there 2 days ago, dealt with two people and have no clue. I signed up through Red Wireless, their partner online Dec 26th after being with Telus 25 years. 12 days later, still havent recieved my phone or updates but received a bill almost 3 times the price of my new plan. Bill period says Nov 29th to Dec 29th (a month prior to even signing up), so after zero success by phone or chat with Red Wireless AND Rogers (passing the buck) I left a message at my local store before showing up. The front doors are locked, and there security signs everywhere as though this place was a huge target for thieves. (In Fort Erie?) I got to the door and he got up right away to let me in. He was finalizing with a customer, I said I was the one who called. He instantly began to dismiss me, referring me to "Red Wireless" despite telling him I tried for days. As I waited, he stopped several times to add more reasons why I basically came to the wrong place. Eventually a more pleasant guy came from the back and helped me. I was referred to Walmart to speak with the cellular rep that deals with all carriers. This, along with failures on every level to reach Rogers or Red Wireless have made me dread the next 2 years I've committed to.
View on GoogleI recently worked with Shane to find the best possible and economical plan for me. He went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied, which I am. I then brought my son in to review his plan and options and once again we got superior customer service from Noah and Shane. We truly appreciated getting the service we did in our own town. Thank you again Shane & Noah!
