Everything is normal. Didn't really like the corridors leading to the rooms but the rooms were okay. Location is very good and the attendants great as well. I would say its normal as I stayed only 1 night. Bedroom is okay and bathroom is clean as well.
View on GoogleSeventh time staying there, but this time the LAST. WORST visit ever. Reserved room on exterior corridor (as indicated on site & always previously stayed). The deposit was placed on our card, 6hrs before we even arrived. (room was paid for week prior). When we got there, we were told we had room in "tower" side. I said, no, I reserved the exterior. She said, they CLOSED DOWN THAT SIDE FOR WINTER. I asked why I was not told weeks ago, I would have went somewhere else. We reluctantly took the room on first floor. Walking down hallway to room, it stunk so bad. We opened door, and the floors were stained so bad from window to door. It was disgusting. I took photos and went to lobby. I told her, I wanted another room as it was sick. We got room on 2nd floor, which was better and cleaner. The next day (Sat), we noticed people staying in the exterior rooms. The guy checking in as we waited, because the room card key wouldn't work, ended up getting a room on exterior. I said to worker, why couldn't we get one, last night, since that is what we booked. She said, they only opened them for ONE NIGHT. I was not happy and said that it was wrong to allow someone to book that particular room and then be told it was closed, and yet now opened for people to stay in. We had to stay again in the room in the tower. The tower rooms are NOT SOUNDPROOF. You can hear your neighbours peeing and even just talking. Will NEVER stay here again. BAIT AND SWITCH, DIRTY ROOMS. NO FRIDGE, NO MICROWAVE. DIRTY ICE MACHINE. AVOID.
View on GoogleParking 🅿️, you gotta pay $20 extra even if you have booked the room, Tv was not working, the carpet is stinky, stained and filthy. Also, $200 deposit is needed for the room, so that $50 plus taxes easily end up around $100. And at that rate you can easily get better properties with Breakfast than this one. Zero stars all the way!!!
View on GoogleA one night stay meeting up with friends. The front staff very polite & helpful. The halls/rugs smell a bit stale and dusty. The room we had on the 2nd floor was not bad, very quiet but no fridge! Ice machine down the hall. Be advised there are no elevators & parking is an extra $20.
View on GoogleSolid location, pretty close to a bunch of stuff and about a 15 minute walk to the falls view. The room itself looked like it would have been a great place to sleep in the 60s but it looks like it hasn't been kept well. Carpet stains, chipped up bathroom tiles, and honestly we were worried we might get bed bugs. We ran into another couple that was ahead of us in line who said they had to return to the front desk because their room was in such a sorry state. The pool was also empty and looked like it hasn't been in use for years. The price of over $200 per night was absolutely ridiculous and having to pay a deposit for the room at check-in felt wrong. I'm being generous to say it was a 2/5 star inn. If it was updated or the place felt clean it could be something.
