I hired Robin for catering my wedding with 60 guests at Balls Falls and the food was amazing. This isn’t an easy venue for a caterer as their is only a small kitchen with limited cooking ability and very little prep space but you would never know this by the taste and presentation of the food. I had a lot of compliments on the food from all of my guests even from my polish family who aren’t always easy to please. Robin was very easy to work with from the initial consultation, planning stages, set up and the day of. Staff were all very professional and friendly and our bartender Melissa was amazing. Robin worked with us to create a menu that was enjoyed by everyone, he took into consideration any of our guests’ dietary preferences. We had Robin cater our wedding, and we couldn't have been more happy with it. The food was utterly spectacular, easily one of the highlights of the whole day, and each of his staff were on point. On top of that, Robin is an old fashioned business man who puts everything into his craft. His professionalism is top notch, and he inspires a great deal of confidence in a nervous bride and groom. Chef Robin was a fantastic caterer for our wedding in Niagara-on-the-Lake! He was extremely helpful to us from start to finish, and he always had great food suggestions to help us plan our event. We also appreciated that he was very accommodating after we had to revamp the menu several times to meet guests' changing dietary requests. Chef Robin has a lot of experience, and it's clear that he loves working with food very much. Furthermore, we loved how he used seasonal and local ingredients in many of our dishes. In the end, many guests told us Robin's food was some of the best they ever had at a wedding, and we couldn't have asked for more. We were blown away by how good everything tasted!
