Roberts Jewellers

Roberts has quickly become my go to store. Such friendly and welcoming owners. They take the time to show you everything you want to see without rushing you, and that is tops in customer service, as well as so accommodating and very knowledgeable about every piece they have.

I drove quite a distance to visit Robert’s Jewelers again, and I can wholeheartedly say it is absolutely worth the drive. The owners are some of the kindest and friendliest people I’ve ever met. They took the time to show me every piece I wanted to see and were incredibly patient while I tried things on for quite a while—not everyone would be that accommodating. They have some of the most beautiful vintage pieces I’ve ever seen, and they are extremely knowledgeable about their jewelry. I truly wish the store were closer, because I would go there all the time. This place really is a Niagara gem.

Was such a Pleasure to come here to Roberts Jewellers to get my watch battery replaced. Their Politeness and Cleaniness is beyond Compare. So Convenient to have them Downtown. A Real Must Go To!

Had a very bad experience when I went there for the first time (and it was the last because never going back) was looking for an engagement ring for my partner, after i told the owner my budget she showed me a few pieces, when I asked to see other pieces she tried to decline and said “I’ll show it to you but you won’t be able to afford it” okay fine, I shrugged it off (I have worked in customer service my whole life and never have I made such a comment) this was not going in the right direction. The conversation came up about where we were from because well we’re not light skinned and my mom has a Latin accent, and after talking for a bit and her questioning were we lived and what we did for a living…not just us but our other family members, I wasn’t quite sure if I had gone in to buy something or to be questioned my immigration officials, we then asked the same because the lady starts to go off on how so many immigrants are here in Canada and taking over and she is appalled that things weren’t like they used to…at that moment we knew she wasn’t very friendly and was trying to tell us something. She then told us her family came from Italy…sorry to break it to her but she comes from a family of immigrants. This is not the way to talk or treat customers, if it’s a race thing then that’s on her but if you’re in customer service you have to watch what you say. Bad experience to be really honest and won’t be back.

Went to see Anna a couple of days ago to see if some diamond chips could be replaced in my ring. Sadly, it's too old and delicate. I love first of all she called me back when the other jeweller never had the decency and Anna answered me honestly. So rare these days. She showed me a few rings not too far off from my other. I bought one and it's beautiful! Thank you dear Anna for your honesty and for showing me the other options since my other ring was getting too fragile to wear. Your professionalism and kindness was appreciated! I also went back today to buy another one. Anna and her husband are lovely! I definitely recommend this beautiful jewelry store!!
