Robbins Towing

Robbin's Towing. Superb with there timing and execution of highly valuable cars and not just that. But super complex ways and solving problems other tow companies in my 30 years have never met. This is all thanks to the man Malachy. the real MVP. super nice , kind , and attitude of a honest helpful man which got me to really write this review. Now I don't know about some of the low reviews this company got. But however, they had met requirements when dispatched. Followed procedures and had advised a time before coming. Solved complexity even if it took the extra 4-5 hours, for a 45 mins tow due to how hard the vehicles car accesss system and battery allowing it to be trouble. On top of that pile of snow and ice , and achieving to fit in tight spots with confidence , and taking his time. Malachy will be commended for his actions and went above and beyond for the help I needed. I was being charged $70 a day due to a engine failure and had to get it into a lot blocking doors. So he knew what it meant while other tow drivers left and lied about things , like time and misplacing my keys. Or just not wanting to do it and wasting hours. Malachy was working straight business. No stress no nothing. Usually I don't write such reviews and especially this long. But Whoever the owner of Robbin's Towing is, please praise him for his great work and efforts in the freezing cold he had done for my Mercedes. Professionals. This company was contracted threw Canadian Tire Tow Subscription, and were asked and had said yes while 5 other fail attempts and 2 days of back and forth with other tow truckers who were really not wanting to work was frustrating. So please ask for Robbin's towing and Malachy (his name) if possible, but I'm sure the company has core values every driver must provide to there customers. Will also go above and beyond and get you customers Asd I am in the automotive industry, and dealing with tows is something we shouldn't stress about. Thanks again to the team and Malachy!

Had a great experience yesterday with Thomas, very friendly and helpful. He took good care of my car towing it to the dealership and made sure all was fine, even calling me afterwards so I dont have to worry. My previous experience with this company was also positive dealing with Aboud when my car brokedown. The waiting time was lengthy but Aboud help was worth the wait.

I had the unfortunate luck to hit a pot hole driving night time during a winter snow storm heading westbound on the 403. Upon making the call for assistance I received a text from Justin Sutton at Robbins Towing. He kept me informed of his arrival time with multiple updates by text. He was great to deal with - Professional and courteous. I asked him if he would be able to send me a photo of my car once it arrives at the dealership for drop off and he obliged. Great service. I had a flat tire with no spare. I was on my way to church when someone pointed it out that the tire was flat. Eric arrived within 10 minutes of my call. He helped me get my car to a good tire shop and made things easy. He removed all the stress from what was a stressful moment for me. Thank you Eric. I really appreciate your help today.
