Rise Above Restaurant

What a lovely Restaurant experience at Rise Above with the most delicious "cheesecake" ever and latte (had to begin with dessert). Then we shared Garlic Knot loaf which was so light and fluffy, an amazing kale salad, caesar salad and wonderful mac'n'cheese. The atmosphere, art and owner and staff are awesome too. Highly recommend 🥰

Really good vegan food place in Niagara region. Loved the butternut squash soup along with the vanilla cheese cake. Heather (owner) provided awesome service. When my son didn’t like the cheese quesadilla (because the cheese was melting), she readily removed it from the bill and got us an alternative dish. Definitely will recommend this place!

This place is one of the most flavorful vegan restaurants I've ever been to, Amazing!!! From the decor, to the staff, right down to the food!!! Everything was GREAT!!! The spinach artichoke dip was Heavenly, OMG!!!! The wedges were fresh and very tasty. Sooo good. We had The killer crunch wrap and the beyond burger, the taste was extraordinarily and exceptionally flavorful. We had the pumpkin cheesecake & the coconut stack for desert and that was also amazing!!!!!!! Our server/hostess was super friendly and informative about everything on the menu. 5 star service, food and atmosphere. Will take a trip from NY just to revisit.

If you're in St.Catherine's you need to stop by Rise Above! Their reviews did literally "rise above" the rest, and for good reason. Starting with the decor. There were paintings/clocks of the famous cat clock, and their salt and pepper shakers were very unique. The atmosphere is absolutely adorable and sophisticated. The foodwas fresh and so good!!! The person who helped us was very nice and friendly. I would absolutely recommend this place even if just for a drink or dessert.

A 10/10 must stop foodie restaurant. We enjoyed 1) the gobbler: a vegan spin on a thanksgiving sandwich with gravy for dipping and 2) the halloumi hot honey sandwich: a vegan hot grilled halloumi cheese with pesto and tofu bacon jam with greens. Both of our dishes were excellent for taste, texture, and presentation. Thank you Heather for hosting us and answering all our menu questions. So many choices and styles of dishes here at Rise Above. Truly a must stop shop! We will be returning tomorrow for a homemade vegan pumpkin cheesecake.
