I’m extremely disappointed with Ripley’s Selfie Studio. Their posted hours said they closed at 9 PM, and we arrived at 8:20 PM with tickets already purchased. Despite this, they refused to let us in. The staff was incredibly rude, and the manager even raised her voice at us, claiming that “the hours change every day.” That is completely unacceptable and disrespectful, especially for people who don’t have much time to visit the attraction. It was obvious they simply didn’t want to work anymore. I honestly don’t know who was more disrespectful—the manager or the employee. With customer service like this, it’s no surprise when businesses end up closing. Definitely not coming back, and I don’t recommend this place to anyone.
View on GoogleFortunately it wasn't busy, but there is not enough value for money at this attraction. Other reviewers are correct about the poor lighting in some of the booths, and several tripods were in need of repair. It would probably be most fun for pre-teen girls if you're looking for an activity for that demographic. The facility was clean and the ticket attendant was friendly and knowledgeable.
View on GoogleThe idea behind it is definitely a good one. The lighting in some of the booths was awful - mostly too dark. Some of the booths we went to seemed lacking....looking back it seems there used to be more props. I'd say its great place for content creators or younger generation (my friend and Inaee late 30s). Not saying we didn't have fun or didn't have some laughs, but I definitely wouldn't go again. Definitely get it in the fun pass they offer- i wouldn't recommend paying full price.
View on GoogleWe really loved it ! So much fun decor and resulting in awesome family photos. Could be great for content creators ! Really cheap for the experience : about 10$ They have selfie tripods in each booth.
View on GoogleExtremely fun place to take cool and unique photos for yourself or to post online! There are several different sets that all have a light stand that you can clip your phone into so it’s all hands free!!! Our ticket we bought for Ripley’s museum included entry for this place and didn’t have high expectations but was pleasantly surprised and had a lot of fun!
