I’ve dealt with Luana multiple times and The customer service is just above and beyond. I feel like she’s always going above and beyond to try and see what kinds of deals she can get me with my insurance, she’s very informative and not pushy whatsoever. I recommend this company all the time and especially this location. 100% Luana is amazing!

Been with Rino since he was on Tremont beside the Burger King which is now a Tim Hortons. Then over on Regent beside Lamb funeral home which is now Boccinfuso. And now on Ormond. Probably for 32 years I have been a client. October 30 I had an accident with my 2014 Subaru. I was hoping they were going to fix it but the adjuster determined it was a write off after he went on vacation for a week. Originally was told I would be covered for a rental for up to $1500 but was then cut off of the rental after 12 days on November 12. November 20 Certas who Rino uses said they cut me a cheque and mailed it but it still has not shown up. When I let Cathy at his office know i hadn't been paid she let me know that Certis doesn't return voicemails and to talk to anyone there that answers the phone and that I need to deal with Certis for claims. Dec 15 2021 today I am still without a car and have lost all patience. Maybe all insurance companies are the same but this is my current experience...

Very nice staff, reasonable rates, in all my years with state farm before desjardins took over everything is pretty much the same.
