We purchased our Keystone Cougar travel trailer from Right Choice 3 years ago. They were extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. We have been extremely happy with our trailer since our purchase. Sad to see they are no longer at the Wainfleet location - would definitely have gone back when it's time to upgrade.

After waiting six weeks for a repair, we arrived to pick up our trailer, sent there by Keystone for a warranty job due to a rotted floor in our two-year-old Montana. If I had visited the establishment first, I would have never sent it there. Our trailer was left outside, and no service staff were available to show us the repairs. We were assured the work was done properly, but this couldn't be further from the truth. First, the staff refused to assist with the hookup, despite us having a Denali pickup outfitted with an Andersen Hitch, which they apparently had never seen before. Instead of helping, they trashed the "contraption," which is actually a superior system to conventional 5th wheel hitches. The owner, Tod, was unhelpful and condescending towards our female driver, refusing to assist for fear of liability. After a four-hour drive to our site near Owen Sound, we were met with multiple issues. The battery was dead despite assurances it had been charged. Worse, when extending the kitchen bump out, the motorized steel frame tore through the trailer's skirt, and lag bolts fell to the ground. They had forgotten to fasten the lag bolts to the frame, causing more damage and leaving the original repair undone. Additionally, we had requested the tanks be flushed and the water tanks filled, which was not done. The service was horrendous, and the staff's attitudes were despicable, except for the young man who processed our $306 payment because the warranty coverage fell short. They lied about not being paid by Keystone, which I confirmed was false. We had to pay out of pocket for someone to fix the damage they caused. When my husband contacted them, they were rude, unhelpful, and accused us of being belligerent, even urging my husband to return with the intent to "set him straight." This behavior is unacceptable. Do yourself a favor and walk away. Do not be fooled by these thieves.
View on GooglePlease do not do business with these criminals. Unethical liars. Took our Fifth wheel to do warranty work on rotten bump out floor board- only two years old from Keystone. Went to finally pick it up six weeks later and not only were the batteries not charged, the water and propane not filled as promised, the entire floor came apart when we tried to set it up on site, because they only installed one lag bolt from the floor to the frame. The other nine fell out as we opened it. The “Owner” Todd - was rude and ignorant, said he wouldn’t reimburse us for the onsite repairs, then billed Keystone anyway and laughed and then told us to sue him. Save yourselves- stay clear of these guys !! Unreal! Read this liar’s response below and his “subsequent “ fake” reviews- Here are the photos- pics speak for themselves- CRIMINALS- stay away !!
View on GoogleGo elsewhere. They sent a tech who although was nice. Had no clue what he was doing. Miss diagnosed the issue with our trailer. We payed for the repair and our hot water heater still didn't work. After the wrong repair was completed our hot water heater started leaking. Didn't leak before the repair. We were told the heater now needed to be replaced. The price to replace our heater was almost double what we payed elsewhere. Your technician gave us an estimate. Maybe you should ask them not to in the future and it was not several weeks later. You also never fixed the initial issue but stated that you did. Then when you're tech came back we were sent another bill. The person who bought the trailer was extremely unhappy with your service. He had to prove to your technician that the heater was leaking. Regardless of your rebuttal. I stand by my post and strongly urge ppl to go somewhere else. Unless they want to spend more on miss diagnosed issues. Initially we gave the park your cards and after our issues they threw them out. I could go on but really only wanted to warn ppl about poor service.
