I have been going to Dr. Rice, since I was a very young age. I am 51 years old now. I am very pleased to say, that Dr. Rice and his staff, are very competent and knowledgeable in their professions. The staff are very approachable and friendly, and offer exceptional service. Dr. Rice himself, is very friendly and approachable, has a wonderful bedside manner, is very thorough in his examinations, and to put it plain and simple, is very knowledgeable, and experienced in his field. Dr. Rice and his staff, have always gone above and beyond to offer me exceptional service, and ensure that I am satisfied. I am very happy. I do not know what I will do once Dr. Rice retires, good Doctors are hard to come by these days, and Dr. Rice is no doubt, one of the best!. Thank you, Dr. Rice and all his staff, for giving me the best of service all these years. I look forward to many more years ahead. Thank you.

Dr. Rice has been our family's optometrist for decades. We have never been dissatisfied and have always thought his staff friendly and professional, and Dr. Rice very knowledgeable as well as very personable!! Don't know what we'll do when he retires, but we know he'll deserve it and we'll miss him 😁

He has been my optician for 25+ years, and has been my kids optician since they were old enough to test. He caught a degenerative eye condition in my son that was making him blind, and was able to refer us to an amazing specialist on that kind of condition. I've also had Dr. Carbonara and in the little experience that I've had with him, he was knowledgeable, professional, and very personable. The reception and tech staff are great, get to know you by name, and always greet you with a smile.

I have been going to this office for ten years, since moving to Welland. I was quite shocked to read the two negative reviews written. The staff have always been very pleasant and efficient. My waiting time has always been very short. Dr. Rice explains everything in detail and has a relaxed approach as well as being professional. During our covid time, he and his staff take all the precautionary measures. I am thankful for his service.

I have been going to Dr. Rice since I was a child. I'm now over forty and find him very professional and extremely knowledgeable. I can always get in quickly if I'm worried about an issue. I go in often for adjustments and the staff are always very helpful and pleasant.
