I want to thank the post office staff for having great patience with me today. Being 76 and technically challenged is a pain when trying to mail to the US. The three of you went over and above to help me and I so appreciated the kindness. Thank you

This is a 5 star review for their employee Lily only. A 4 star for other things though. Tha k you Lily for your assistance replacing an item from the home health care rentals that was accidently removed. You were so kind and helpful and understanding. While ur worked out great, even if the item had been delayed on returned your customer service style made it OK. Great job. Rexall, take note of this fabulous employee. I could have purchased this item from another company but because of Lily worked through the error. Thanks Lily!

We have had the worst experience with Rexall Home Health Care. My husband has Parkinson's and needs a transfer pole to help get out of bed. We have PSWs coming to help him. The Superpole w/superbar was installed right away and we decided to rent for a while. The superpower loosen from the ceiling and would have fallen on my husband if I wasn't standing there to catch it. I laid it on the floor and called Rexall. I called every day for 7 days and no one came to help us, nor returned our call. It was after I bought a new pole from a reliable store that Rexall sent someone to pick it up. Rexall left us without help for a week and this is not acceptable.

I had a very disappointing experience at Rexall in Welland where my injured friend lived.We waited 20 minutes and the staff had to page someone twice before anyone came to help us. We needed to rent an elevated footrest for a transport chair, but when the employee finally arrived, instead of checking if they had one, the first thing she asked was whether the wheelchair was rented or owned. That question had nothing to do with the request — I was simply there to rent an elevated footrest. She then said she didn’t know if the parts were interchangeable, but never went to the back to confirm availability. I told her it didn’t matter if it was rented, but she still refused to even check. At that point, I said “Don’t worry about it, I’ll go to my own pharmacy.” On the way to Boggio MacKinnon in Niagara Falls, I called ahead — they set it aside for me immediately, and when I arrived, the rental was ready without any issue. The staff at Rexall brown hair and glasses(around 11:45 a.m. Friday August 15th) needs better training — both in product knowledge and in basic customer service. A simple willingness to check would have gone a long way. Good job to Boggio MacKinnon.

Poor customer service in the dispensary and very unorganized. Pharmacy staff never fails to drop the ball! They struggle with communication which is extremely frustrating. Delivery was not sent out and no one could call to explain why a very important medication was not delivered. Strictly use this location out of convenience but in reality it’s quite inconvenient. EDIT: The next day (march 7th) went to store at ten am to pick up Rxs and was not given the correct medication! I called this evening was told the rxs were separated - they noticed around 11am yet couldn’t be bothered to reach out when they realized their error. The delivery driver blatantly lied to pharmacy staff saying he called me this afternoon & left a msg. I verified tonight that they do in fact have the correct number on file yet never called - no missed calls - no attempt to deliver so I made a second trip to the store tonight to pick up. Unable to depend on this store. The staff try to cover for one another with excuses and stories.
