They have a brand of quit smoking spray that is only 21$ for a bottle compared to the 58$ for the name brand stuff. I’m saving some money and it works just as good. Also the cashiers are always friendly which I appreciate. I would comment on pricing but at the moment everything everywhere is pricey.

I appreciate my employee discount as the price of everything even to groom yourself is overrated. Rexall always has what you need

I recently moved to Welland and had to transfer my medication file. The pharmacy staff were supportive throughout the transition process and were always pleasant to deal with.

Horrible experience. Had one of their cashiers literally follow me to my car to accuse me of stealing after following me around the store. I came into the store on Dec 17 at 830pm. I picked up some make up remover wipes, because I could use some more but came in specifically looking for yogurt and peanut butter, neither of which they had(nor did she even ask me if I needed any help, just glaring at me while I walked around the store). So I put my ONE item back on the shelf and left, figuring I’d go to another store that had all of the items I needed. This rude old woman then follows me to my car out in the parking lot asking me if I stole items from the store? Maybe oay attention instead of pretending to do your job and treat people with some respect.

Despite the poor reviews about the pharmacy, I have had nothing but fantastic pharmaceutical care here. From my experience, the pharmacist was caring, the staff were happy and accommodating. I even had a pharmacy staff member ask me how I am doing and offered to show me where to locate an item. Give them a try, you might be impressed.
