Too bad the owner doesn't listen to the factual negative reviews about the pharmacy. Nothing changes. Sadly the pharmacist there is ruining the pharmacy end. He's a very unhappy man and he's bluntly dismissive, rude and not even a bit helpful. Do better. You're there because people need prescriptions and advice. If you don't wish to be pleasant and helpful, get into another career choice. On the positive side, the front end staff are super nice and accommodating. Unfortunately because of the negative experiences in the pharmacy end, I have moved on elsewhere. Just can't tolerate being dismissed with that attitude any longer.

I went to this pharmacy at 3 pm for a flu shot (without an appointment). I was told they're too busy and to come back in about 2 hrs. which I understood and I did come back. When I returned, I was dismissed without even a glance and told to come back tomorrow. His demeanor and behaviour were rude and dismissive. You might see this in another country (maybe it's a cultural thing) but not in Canada. Rexall, you've had so many negative reviews about your pharmacy staff. Are you even doing something about it? The front cash staff are very nice and helpful. But I won't be a customer at this Fitch Rexall again! Back to Shoppers I go.

Farmacy stuff in this store is very angry for having their jobs, and that reflected on customers on phone and in person. Feels like some cultural gender based attitude you normally experience somewhere abroad of Canada when you walk in not accompanied by a man. On phone they bluntly refused to provide the information I needed and suggested to come in and figure it out by yourserf. Now it's clear, I shouldn't come there at all. Both young men in the farmacy demonstrated extreme preoccupation by their own businesses when I asked for their recommendations. And didn't accept my payment but sent me to pay at front. I can't recall such kind of a customer service anywhere in a pharmacy before. Just to mention, the product purchased there was an absolute waste of money. Often the readings showed pulse of dead body, and bp good for CCU for no reason. I wish I'd avoid buying Option+ bp monitor. Definitely, this Rexall is not a place to come anymore.

The front desk staff are always super nice, but the pharmacy side is a different story. There are a couple of people there who honestly make me feel like I’m being talked down to whenever I ask about my prescription. The last time I asked for a prescription (one I’ve gotten twice before from my doctor and used the exact name), I got looked at like I was asking for something ridiculous. It’s always the same two people who act this way. On the other hand, the elderly blonde lady who works there is such a sweetheart and always treats people kindly. I just wish the rest of the staff could be more like her!

We always seem to find incredible deals, specials, and discounts. Once you hit age 55 you are able to get a senior discount. Friendly and helpful staff, clean store and well lit. Sunday May 1st. No issues at all. Great discounts on clearance items. Friendly staff and cashier went above and beyond with her service. Posting discount rack pictures.
