Rexall

To say I am disgusted is an understatement this Rexall is disgusting. If I could give this Rexall a zero star I would. Even negative. I went to Rexall to look for ONE wet and wild lipstick because my job that i have been at for 4 years didn't have it. I went in to look for it and immediately got watched and I don't even look like a person that would steal because I know what they look like, deal with them all the time and so I went in and immediately got watched and as I was just looking around for products casually, I got approached by a man that worked there yelling at me saying that I had stolen something and that I had something up my sleeve, and that the pharmacist caught it on camera. Very cruel to approach your customer that has done LITERALLY nothing by screaming, swearing, and accusing of theft . 😭👍 Extremely embarrassing for them and will never shop there again

Tom is an amazing employee! He does his job so well, he's quick and efficient and knowledgeable. Art and Smitha are excellent pharmacists, as well. Both very knowledgable and friendly.

The cashier girl who was there today 16th sept around 1:55pm was worst. You guys should do something about her. She doesn't even greet someone. At the end i said thank you and she ignored that. She was behaving like I'm taking everything for free Now do not reply to my review with i am so sorry you can contact us with this email bla bla bla. Go and check your staff before replying to my review,

I went in to take advantage of one of the offers they had in the flyer. This week. They had a paper towel, toilet paper and Kleenex for $10.99 and if you spent $30 on that products you've got a $10 gift certificate. When I went in they had the toilet paper and the Kleenex and they had paper towel with a sign marked that it was the one for $10.99 but when I went to buy it they said no. That's wrong and I said well there's a sign there on it that says it is the right one and they went back and they checked. They saw that the sign did give that price but they continued to tell me it was wrong and refused to honor the price that they had on it. Therefore, I could not get everything I needed and I could not take advantage of the whole reason. I went there today not helpful at all. Just oh well somebody did it wrong and that was it. Now I've looked up for where I live and the laws are that I should have gotten the product that they had mispriced for $10 less than its regular price and that would have actually brought it down pretty much to where it was supposed to be according to the flyer and then I would have qualified for my gift certificate as well. But this was not done so I'm not overly impressed with them right now

We recently moved all our prescriptions from another pharmacy to Rexall and I have to say it was the best decision we made. This pharmacy is the best!. They go above and beyond and make sure we are satisfied with all our medications before we leave the store and explain any new meds in detail. Thank you Rexall Pharmacy for your great service!!
