View on GoogleTerrible customer service. Probably the worst pharmacy in Ontario. I will not be going back and I'm changing my pharmacy. The employees working here are so rude and inconsiderate. I had to pay my prescription in full which was over $100 when it should have only cost me $8. I had asked the employee if it was covered and do I need to update my coverage? She says no it's not covered. When it actually was. I got my money back but she was so rude and didn't update my coverage. I had to go back and get another employee to do it. I won't be going back and I'm not giving them money for anything. There are better pharmacies than this one. I've never had an experience like this in any other pharmacy.
View on GoogleMy daughter and I had a really bad customer service experience tonight at Rexall in Beamsville. Went in to grab a couple things because we knew they would be closed tomorrow for the holiday. Keep in mind we spend hundreds yes hundreds of dollars at our local rexall every two weeks. Our local rexall changed their closing time to 9pm (which we weren’t aware of) we got to the store around 8:49. They were already starting to lock the doors. We got what we needed and headed to the cashier. She said most people don’t know that we close at 9 now. I said but it’s only 8:50 right now. Her response was well that’s close enough. Good thing I was only picking up water and juice. But if I was coming in at 8:50 to grab Tylenol or a pain killer of some sort it would have been very upsetting. Bring good customer service back please.
View on GoogleI recently had an experience at Rexall that was less than satisfactory. The team members seemed to have their off moments, where attentiveness to customer needs appeared to be lacking. I was informed that I would receive a call once my prescription was ready for pickup; however, that call never came. Upon returning to the store, there was initial confusion as it was claimed that my prescription was not left there. Thankfully, after expressing my concerns more assertively, the prescription was located. This situation highlighted a need for improvement in their customer service approach. I believe Rexall has the potential to offer better service, and I hope to see positive changes in the future.
View on GoogleAny review stating that this pharmacy is efficient and timely is likely from their staff. When they aren't busy, one stands waiting without acknowledgement, and when they are busy... everyone in line just stares at one another not understanding why things are taking so long and what on earth the staff is struggling with. It sad to say but, this pharmacy has time and time again proven that they are disorganized and incompetent. This has been my experience as a former customer and my doctors office has also stated to me that they have never experienced such issues when dealing with a pharmacy. The store staff are great. The pharmacy is the pits.
