Rexall

All of them are rude and the pharmacist is the worst. He Will yell at u despite how calm and well mannered you are. I now suspect that their "be respectful" sign is there because customers, in their frustration, are tired of being treated poorly and have given them a taste of their own medicine. Now I know if I walk in anywhere and see this sign, it's a red flag, I will just walk out.

My wife and I moved to Dunnville back in Feb 2025, we transferred our prescriptions from the Hamilton Rexall to Dunnville, it was a seamless transition, the staff has been nothing but helpful and very friendly. Keep up the great work folks.

I need the seniors dose of this year's flu shot. All of the places in Caledonia had no seniors doses left so I went online to see which pharmacy still had stock. Rexall Dunville listed that they did. I was able to book an appointment online and drove from Caledonia to Dunnville for my appointment only to be told that they had none. So why did they post online that they did and allow me to book the appointment? Extremely frustrating. I cannot support a business that doesn't care if their clients lose time and money booking and attending an appointment for a service that they advertise but cannot provide. Unacceptable.

Very disorganized. Have now made a trip into town a few times to pick up a prescription that they keep assuring me will be in the next day. With all the pharmacy competition available in Dunnville you would think they would want to be a bit better at customer service. Please do better Rexall.

I'm not even joking, they accidentally gave my mom my narcotic. I'm on vyvancse and had a new prescription faxed over, when my mom went to go pick up her medication she had a new one in her bag of pills. Low and behold it was my vyvancse! After talking to our doctor (we thought it was maybe a mix up on her part) we found out that it was 100% the pharmacies fault, we took the medication back in and the male pharmacist on at the time was shocked. My mom is a senior, she's almost 70. Anything could of happened especially when she takes multiple other medications Somebody said this pharmacy needs an internal investigation and I'm sorry I fully agree with that
