Respectable Roofers

I originally gave them a good review, but some four years after the install, we noticed a leak coming from the ceiling turns out they did not install the roof vents properly, which rotted out the plywood. We now need to replace and repair when called them for warranty their numbers are out of service.

Simply the Best . If you are looking for a roofing company that will provide outstanding service and professional workmanship look no further. I came across Respectable Roofers after having some ongoing issues with shingles being blown off my roof. Respectable roofers were one of the few companies I found that would come out to do this repair on short notice and charged a very reasonable price. Most roofers were charging outrageous amounts and essentially taking advantage of the situation. Not Simon and Respectable. After the latest windstorm that hit Burlington I again used Respectable to repair my roof which they did within a few days of calling. I decided to go ahead and replace the entire roof. Given the damage and temporary repair Respectable squeezed me in and had my roof completed within the week to ensure no further damage would occur - this was during a very busy time for roofers. Simon of respectable presented several options and products to consider and provided evidence of insurance and other credentials for his organization. The crew was excellent and extremely friendly, courteous and professional in completing the roofing installation. The clean up was very thorough and everything was completed on schedule, I could not have been more pleased. This past weekend (May 4, 2018) Burlington received an even more severe wind storm and as expected the new roof had no issues, and if had not been for their quick turnaround I almost certain additional damage would have occurred. We just recently had these guys do our roof. We had an impeccable experience. Roofers in general are pretty rough but these guys break that mould. Simon and Steve were incredibly attentive even though it's been a crazy busy year for roofers. They were able to explain everything, answer all questions and were always polite and accomodatating (especially since we bumped our timeline by 6 months). We have had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend them to anyone who appreciate the comfort of having a quality roof on their house as well as a quality experience.

This past spring we received 4 estimates to replace our roof. The costs were all reasonably close to one another but as Simon prepared the most professional estimate that explained everything we decided to go with him. It turned out that we made a good choice. The roof was completed in one 12 hour day this August by his crew of 8 who were all very professional and polite. The mess was minimal and the crew strived to clean up everything throughout the day and when completed. They did a great job that we are very satisfied with. I would have no hesitation in recommending Simon and Respectable Roofers to anyone that is looking to have their roof replaced.
