Rentals 101

My roommate and I have been working with Zach to find a house for next year, whether it was a six person or a two person house, he was prompt and ready to help. Even with my poor timing and sometimes getting the maps and bus routes wrong Zach was kind and made sure we got done what we needed to. Recently, my roommate and I were looking to go to the house for measurements but times were busy, Zach was able to go to the house along side Anthony, who is helping with the new windows, and get measurements for us. Overall this has been a wonderful experience and Zach has been incredibly helpful.

Jack is amazing! Always responding to any questions or concerns immediately, he also makes it a very easy renting process! We have also had great experiences with the rentals 101 maintenance requests. They are always here either day of or day after the request and have always done a great job of fixing any problems:)

Patrick is our handyman and he always does such an awesome job, very friendly and polite genuinely happy to help us. He’s more than willing to run over to Canadian Tire quick if there’s more to the issue than he thought. And he does it with a smile on his face not seeming annoyed at all, just happy to do his job, sincerely help us out and be a friendly guy while doing it. 10/10 thank you Patrick you make rentals 101 houses a great experience.
